LOUISE & NOOK

Paul and I are both still so emotional when we write this.

We first met Shelley a few years ago. We were at the end of a clinic with our OTT having been told by another clinician that our horse was too damaged and dangerous to be helped. However, to that clinicians credit we were pointed in Shelleys direction. “Maybe she can help you” we were told. So began a very long and challenging journey.

Shelley was prepared help us and Nook certainly proved a challenge. He was damaged both physically and mentally from many years in racing.

Shelley is an amazing coach; not only because she really listens and understands horses, but because she will work out what works for that horse. She encouraged and supported us to try different training methods and worked at Nooks pace.

With Shelleys guidance, training and support we were able to help Nook return to being a physically healthy and mentally balanced horse.

We can’t thank you enough for the support along our journey. We honestly don’t couldn’t have done it without you.

Nook was such a gift in our lives and we wouldn’t have had him without you.
