building confidence & trust challenge event

BUILDING CONFIDENCE & TRUST CHALLENGE EVENT!

First challenge event for the year is "Building Confidence & Trust" and will run from the 22 January - 5 February 2023.

If you havent been involved in a challenge event before - these group challenges are motivating and inspiring and always lead to positive change in everyone that commits and participates!

SO WHAT DOES THE CHALLENGE INVOLVE?

The challenge will involve you:

1. Committing to focusing on your overall fitness (increasing walking & having a go at pilates) and health (healthy food options).

2. Working with your horse as much as possible over the challenge period.

3. Reading and watching resource material to guide and give you inspiration about improving your fittness/health and exercises for working your horse and overcoming issues.

4. Completing daily commitment and progress reports.

5. Keeping up to date with the daily posts and challenge activities that will be posted on the CWCH Society Facebook Group.

6. Supporting and cheering other people on as we use community spirit to inspire each other in building confidence and trust with our horses.
