Clinic Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy - Clinics

* Participant is the registered person in clinic
Payment
1. Payment by way of designated deposit amount or in full shall be required upon booking and registration as a participant.
2. Upon registration to a clinic, the position and financial responsibilities are assumed by the participant.
Cancellation and Refund
3. Cancellation of registration in a clinic requires minimum 28 days notice prior to the commencement of the clinic. The participant shall assume responsibility for the following:
3.a. Notification by email to clinician at admin@calmwillingconfidenthorses.com.au
3.b. Notification to clinic organiser, should there be one appointed.
3.c. Assist in finding a replacement participant.
4. If a replacement for the position cannot be found a refund shall not be issued.
4.a. The participant cancelling their registration can transfer their payment towards online courses provided by Calm Willing Confident Horses less a $60AUD administration fee.
4.b. The participant cancelling their clinic registration accepts full financial liability for their registration.
5. Should a fully paid replacement be found by either party a refund of amount paid shall be issued less $60AUD administration fee.
5.a. The participant cancelling their registration has the option to transfer their paid funds into courses provided by Calm Willing Confident Horses and no administration fee shall apply.
5.b. If the participant is a "Participant with Horse" clinic booking cancelling their registration, they have the option to transfer their paid funds towards a "Participant without Horse" position or fence sitting tickets pending availability less the administration fee of $60AUD.
5.c. If the participant is a "Participant without Horse" clinic booking cancelling their registration, they have the option to transfer their paid funds towards fence sitting tickets pending availability less the administration fee of $60AUD.
6. The Clinician reserves the right to refuse or cancel any participants registration without notice.
7. The Clinician reserves the right to postpone or cancel any clinic according to the following factors:
Covid19 protocols.
Health and Safety.
Unsuitable Venue.
Natural Disaster or Inclement Weather.
7.a. Should the Clinician postpone a clinic the registered participants shall assume their registrations at the revised clinic time and venue.
7.b. Should a participant be unable to attend the revised clinic refer to 4.a., 5.a., 5.b., 5.c.
7.c. Should the clinician cancel a clinic then a full refund for paid funds shall be issued unless participants select 4.a.
2. Seminar & Workshop Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy

* Participant is the registered person in seminar or workshop
Payment
1. Payment by way of designated deposit amount or in full shall be required upon booking and registration as a participant.
2. Upon registration to a seminar or workshop, the position and financial responsibilities are assumed by the participant.
3. Payment must be made in full 28 days prior to the seminar or workshop. Any payment not made in full will result in cancellation of the registration and the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refunded.
Cancellation and Refund
3. If a participant cannot attend the seminar or workshop for any reasons a refund minus $60 administration fee can only be issued if a fully paid replacement is found within seven (7) days of the event.
3.a. It is the responsibility of the participant to find the replacement.
4. If a replacement for the position cannot be found a refund shall not be issued.
4.a. The participant cancelling their seminar or workshop registration accepts full financial liability for their registration.
5. The Clinician reserves the right to refuse or cancel any participants registration without notice.
