Thank you, Shelley, for being that rarest of birds - an expert without ego. You are one of the most sympathetic, empathetic, generous and humble people I know. You don't put anyone down, no matter how inept they may be. You listen carefully to both horse and owner and come up with a way forward that suits both; and if something doesn't work, you keep searching for the key. Your understanding of how horses and humans learn is amazing and I will be forever grateful to you for the commitment and passion you have put into helping us.
