Adult Riding Club Workshops
I am also doing a number of workshops for Adult Riding Clubs discussing how to strategically build confidence and trust between horse and rider. These talks are schedule for afternoons and evenings. If any club is interested in an evening event please email admin@calmwillingconfidenthorses.com.au me for pricing and I will see if can fit it in.
Round Penning, Groundwork & Riding Foundation Intensives
These types of events are a supercharge learning programs. Payment for the event includes the cost of one of my courses that corresponds to the event. Therefore, you work online with me working through the course prior to the clinic day. Then at the clinic day we fine tune everything!
For the Round Penning Intensive I am only taking 4 participants. The day will start with a run down of the theory and process. Then we will have a practical session where everyone will demonstrate their progress and I will tweak everyones performance and problem solve any issues. Then we will break for lunch and we will reflect on how each horse went and I will answer any questions and share ideas. Then we will have an afternoon session and refine the performance. Everyone will walk away from the intensive with solid round penning skills and clear idea of how to progress their horse.
For the Groundwork Intensive I am only taking 10 participants. The day will start with a run down of the theory, exercises and how they progress into the saddle. Everyone will be split into two groups of 5. Each group will have a morning and afternoon session of 1.5 hours. In these sessions we will meticulously work through the exercises together. I will tweak everyone’s performance, problem solve any issues and provide a lot of demonstrations. There will be a lunch break and Q&A session. Everyone will walk away from the intensive having run through my groundwork program and have a clear idea of how to progress their horse and progress the groundwork into the saddle.
For the Riding Foundation Intensive I am only taking 6 participants. The day will start with a run down of the riding foundation process and our aims for the day. Everyone will be split into groups of two. Each group will have a morning and afternoon session of 60 minutes. In these sessions we will meticulously work through the riding foundation exercises and assess how each horse is going. I will tweak everyone’s performance and problems solve any issues. There will be a lunch break and Q&A session. Everyone will walk away from the intensive having run through my foundation riding program and have a clear idea of how to progress their horse and what they need to work on to consolidate their horse’s training.
